(2) Wastewater

The project does not add any new employees, nor does it add any new employees' domestic sewage. The existing hazardous waste warehouse waste gas is treated by the factory's waste gas treatment facility (thermal incineration+primary alkali absorption+primary water film dust removal), and all the spray water generated from the incineration waste gas throughout the factory has been accounted for in the original environmental impact assessment. This hazardous waste warehouse project still relies on the existing factory's waste gas treatment facility (thermal incineration+primary alkali absorption+primary water film dust removal), and no new wastewater discharge will be added.

(3) Solid waste

This project is a new environmental protection facility construction project within the factory area, which does not involve production or processing and does not generate any solid waste.

Protection distance

According to the prediction, the project's exhaust emissions have little impact on the external environment. Therefore, a 100m health protection distance should be set based on the newly built hazardous waste warehouse, and a 200m health protection distance should be set based on the company's existing projects. Therefore, after the completion of this project, the existing health protection distance requirements will still be implemented, and there are no sensitive targets within the health protection distance. This environmental impact assessment recommends that local governments and relevant functional departments shall not approve the construction of residential, medical and health, cultural and educational, scientific research, administrative office and other projects within the health protection zone of the project construction site, in order to avoid disturbance to residents and pollution disputes.
