The January 2020 Dynamic Employee Communication Day event has come to a successful conclusion

On January 16, 2020, the first employee communication day of the year was held in the EO factory conference room. The attending leaders included Mr. Zou, Director of Epoxy Production, Mr. Zhu, General Manager of the Comprehensive Management Center, and Mr. Tao, Manager of the Human Resources Department. At the meeting, the leaders communicated with three employees from EO Production Department, Electrical and Instrumentation Department, and Engineering Equipment Department one by one, listened to their voices, and exchanged work experience.

Employee's suggestion on safety: One pair of safety shoes per year is not enough to wear. It is suggested to exchange old shoes for new ones. The safety and environmental department replied that personnel who frequently move around on the production line or site can exchange old for new, but a maximum of 2 pairs can be issued per year.
Employees' demands for welfare: Non local employees communicated with each other regarding issues such as employee holidays, working hours, and when year-end bonuses will be distributed, and all responses were given to the employees on site.
Employees raised concerns that the tables in the new factory cafeteria with food buckets were too short, making it inconvenient to serve food. The administrative department has been making suitable tables to place food buckets. The cafeteria conducted a satisfaction survey since December and made improvements based on everyone's suggestions. The hygiene situation of the cafeteria is announced daily in the cafeteria management group established by the cafeteria and administrative staff, including the quality of food, which is gradually improving and entering the right track. Employees have reported that the quality and taste of the food in the cafeteria have been improving in recent weeks.
In this communication meeting, Mr. Zou inquired about the current work situation of three employees, aiming to understand the work cooperation of various departments and positions, as well as the work status of employees. He hopes that everyone can be more proactive in carrying out their work. Mr. Zhu summarized the recent improvement work of the administrative department, and the administrative team has been committed to actively coordinating and solving problems, doing a good job in logistics, and striving to gradually improve employee satisfaction.
