Application:
Ethylene oxide: Its main use is as an intermediate and raw material for organic synthesis, mainly used for the production of non-ionic surfactants, ethanolamine, ethylene glycol, ethylene glycol ether, polyurethane raw material polyether, etc. In addition, it also has certain sales in the fields of medicine and rubber. Other applications of ethylene oxide mainly include polyethylene glycol polyether polyols, choline chloride, ethoxylated compounds, etc. In addition, ethylene oxide can also be used as a disinfectant (mainly for hospitals, warehouses, ports, and precision instruments), fumigant (for food preservation), antacid (for reducing the acidity of certain substances or for long-term non production of acidic substances, and in some cases to avoid hydrolysis caused by alkali), as well as rocket and jet fuel.
